We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at Global Gallery. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

sales tax

All orders shipping to the state of Texas will be charged an additional 8.25% sales tax. No tax will be charged for orders shipping to states other than Texas or for international orders.

product availability

While we try to ensure that each and every item we carry is always available, we cannot guarantee this. From time to time titles will temporarily go out of stock and the item will not be available to ship within our normal processing turnaround time. In most cases we are forced to wait for re-prints from the publisher and are at the mercy of their printing schedule. Nevertheless, we will always keep you updated on your order's status and give you the option to either cancel, replace or backorder any unavailable items. BACKORDER If any item(s) included in your order is currently out of stock your order will automatically be placed on backorder. You will receive an e-mail message explaining this and giving you your backorder options. Normally we will have a specific date that the item will again become available, and using this information you can decide how you would like to proceed. If one or more items on your order are available to ship, your order will not be split and shipped separately, unless you specify this and accept the additional shipping charge. OUT OF PRINT The artists, artist's estate, and/or publishers have the final say if an item will remain in print. While very rare, an item can be discontinued and taken out of print while it remains in our database available for purchase. We update our catalog daily to ensure this does not happen often, however it is possible. If an item is determined "Out of Print" after you have ordered it, the item will be cancelled off of your order, you will be notified via e-mail and given options on how you would like to proceed with your order.

processing time

Our standard processing time for all orders is approximately 2-4 business days. Therefore to get an accurate idea of the total delivery time for your order, take note of this simple equation: PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME = DELIVERY TIME Shipping time for domestic U.S. orders shipped via UPS Ground is 2-10 days (No Weekend Deliveries). Shipping time for international orders shipped via Air Mail is 3-14 business days.

Upon shipment of your order, we will forward you an electronic receipt via e-mail which will breakdown all charges and give you the total amount of your bill including all shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). This shipping confirmation will also include tracking information (where applicable).
